Exposaroonie: Vintage

After learning about the weekly Exposaroonie photography challenge on a blog I like to read (can't remember which one), I knew that I had to do it. Each week, they pick a "theme" and ask people to submit photos that fit the theme. Then everyone votes for the winner, and some weeks they even give out a prize. I think it sounds like the perfect opportunity to brush up on my photography skills. Here are the rules:
You may only submit one photo per challenge.
  • Once you enter your submission, post your photo on your blog or photo sharing site and link back to Exposaroonie.
  • The photo needs to have been taken by you, and only you.
  • You may only submit a NEW photo... one that has been taken no earlier than today's date, June 27, 2008.
  • If you win a prize, you are not eligible to win one again for 4 weeks. But, don't fret, as we will still share your picture.
  • For a look a photo size requirements, check out our upload page.
  • We have the right refuse any photo that is deemed inappropriate or that does not meet the requirements listed above.
Here is the photo I submitted for this week's vintage challenge:

What do you think?

1. I love that photo that you submitted!! Please let me know what happens with it!!

2. I too, am so so so soooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited for my wedding!!!! I can't wait!

3. My bridals are tomorrow and everytime I tell people about the dyed crinoline they just say, "Wow!! That is the cutest idea in the whole world!" I will definitely send you a picture, or two, perhaps 20 so you can write about it. I can't wait to see them myself!

4. We don't need two bedrooms or bathrooms but the extra space is nice!! And remember how we're going to have about a dozen kids? Well no need to wait on that... we'll already have a bedroom for the kid when it is born in about a year :)

5. WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME WHILE YOU WERE HERE IN P-TOWN? I would have loved to see you.

6. CALL ME! I need to talk to you.
